Rotisserie Barbecued Leg Of Pork

1 Leg of pork,9-11# 1 t Mustard,dry 1 c Brown sugar 1/4 cVinegar 2 T Flour 1/4 t Cloves,ground 1. Insert rotisserie rodthrough center of meat, place on rotisserie, and cook over coalsthat have burned down to red and glowing ash. If using a meatthermometer, angling it so tip is in center of meat but notresting in fat or on rod, and roast to 170'F. If you have nothermometer,

roast 3-1/2 to 4 hours, depending on size of roast.2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on roast frequentlyfor last 30 minutes of cooking.
